Day 7: Anything we do in excess usually leads back to our main addiction. Plan your moderation, it will help you stop your addiction.

Day 8: Change your thoughts and your actions will change quickly. Your ED will change also.

Day 9: Learn the skill to keep fighting when life gets hard. Next, develop positive addictions.

Day 10: We look at the consequences of addiction and how emotions start us down a slippery slope.

Day 11: Fight your triggers.

Day 12: Praying to fight Porn or Sex Habits.

Day 13: Quit watching porn by learning what will satisfy you and how to get it.

Day 14: Having fire in your life reboot and rewire from compulsive sex or internet porn.
